Essay:

"The calculated use of violence (or the threat of violence) against civilians in order to attain goals that are political or religious or ideological in nature; this is done through intimidation or coercion or instilling fear". Terrorism has been taken place in the whole world since the beginning of the First World War. But many contributing factors suppressed its existence in the Second World War. After demolishing the Russian empire, America was the leader of power. Everyone knows the bloody act held in Vietnam by America's super- powerism. Such continuous terrorist activities created an atmosphere of horror among the blue planet.
Pakistan has been suffering from terrorism since the incident of September 9th, 2001. After getting attacked by Al-Qaida, America forced Pakistan to be its supporter while eradicating the terrorist forces in Afghanistan. This help took the lives of thirty-five thousand innocent Pakistani citizens from 9/11 to May 2011. According to the Government of Pakistan, we had to suffer a huge financial loss of sixty-eight billion U.S. dollars during the eradication of terrorist activities.
There are numerous participating factors behind terrorism. Allah Almighty has equally distributed mineral resources among various countries. Some are fertile at producing oil while some counties have an immense amount of iron and other precious and useful metals. But the developed countries do not allow other countries to get the most of their resources as they create an artificial dearness so that the people living in such countries can hardly get food to feed their children. Education s expensive. So, a majority of the youth remain uneducated and they cannot take advantage of their mineral resources. Poverty is another reason behind terrorism. When a person is unable to feed his loved ones, he resorts to the negative means of earning his livelihood. Many terrorist organizations reward him with a lot of money for the promotion of terrorist activities. As discussed before, many super-power play a key role in elevating the terrorist activities. They support many terrorist groups secretly. The last and most obvious factor behind terrorism is places like Kashmir and Palestine. Many innocent people are killed on a daily basis in such areas and no one asks their murderers that why are they doing so. Therefore, their families resort to terrorism for the sake of taking revenge for the murder of their loved ones.
Such a horrible situation demands permanent solutions. Firstly, it is the responsibility of the super-powers to stop their hypocritical behaviour against smaller and weak countries and let them live equally. Secondly, the problem of Kashmir and Palestine should be solved permanently. Thirdly, the United Nation Organization and national courts of every country should remain impartial while solving any case. Fourthly and most importantly, we should tolerate the customs, traditions and opinions of other nations and should earn to live with peace.
Many non-muslim countries are trying to display Islam as a terrorist supportive religion and they are becoming successful in accomplishing their negative goals. Moreover, we are divided into several sub-religious groups. No one is believing in unionism and ideology of Pakistan. Developed countries are playing with many Muslim countries economically and socially. Now it is our duty to represent the true and fluent image of Islam that our religion promotes peace, not terrorism; we should be united against any terrorist activity and must stay with positivity.
